SHIPPING TIME (DOMESTIC)

Most items will ship out within a business day of ordering. However, some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, which will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Winter Water Factory ships most orders via USPS First Class Mail.

If First Class Mail does not suit your needs we offer optional USPS Priority Mail shipping. If you have a larger order, or opt for it, we will ship your items via UPS. 

If your order qualifies for free shipping we reserve the right to choose your shipping method.

How soon will I get it? 
Your order will be shipped within two business days (48 hours) from when you placed your order, and arrival time depends on the service and your location. Orders placed using USPS First Class service should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of shipping. Please review estimated shipping windows displayed at checkout.

Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address? 
Yes, you can. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent. Please note, however, that winterwaterfactory.com cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses at this time. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
