Shipping Information

How long does it take until my order ships, and how soon will I get it? 

Orders received on business days before 10 a.m. typically ship on the same day. Orders received after 10 a.m. or outside of business hours will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Please note that during sales or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual.

Do you have a faster shipping service available?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited shipping. All orders will be shipped either via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?

Yes, you can. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent. However, we cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses at this time. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise purchased online from For the Love Of may be returned for a refund or For the Love Of credit within 30 days of purchase. 

• If you select store credit or an exchange, return shipping is free.
• If you select a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. For the Love Of credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.  

Please note: We do not offer returns on sale items discounted 30% or more. Those items are marked as “FINAL SALE” on the product page and in your cart.

Our site keeps track of what's out of stock and won't allow you to purchase items not in stock.

International Orders

Can orders be shipped outside the USA?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international shipping to other countries.

Wholesale Inquiries

May I place a wholesale order?

We currently do not offer wholesale. We will announce it to our retailers if this changes.

Where is your clothing made?

As a brand committed to fair labor and ethical manufacturing, we’re proud to produce our line in Lahore, Pakistan. The family-run workshop we’ve partnered with pays living wages, offers a clean and safe work environment, and has a Sedex certification, which covers labor standards, health and safety, environment, and business ethics. In other words, they’re good people! And we’re honored to work with them. 

Why Organic?

Twenty-five percent of all pesticides are used on conventionally grown cotton, and these harmful toxins have been linked to many forms of cancer as well as pose other health and safety threats to people, wildlife, and the environment. Processing this cotton also uses even more chemicals such as chlorine bleach, heavy metal dyes, and formaldehyde resins, which have also been proven to be hazardous to humans and cause environmental damage.

Organic cotton, on the other hand, advocates safe and sustainable farming practices. For the Love Of Winter Water Factory's items are almost entirely made from organic cotton fibers, which is grown free of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. To be labeled as "organic," cotton must meet strict federal regulations, such as using seed for farming that is not genetically engineered. According to the Organic Trade Association, "Organic production systems replenish and maintain soil fertility, reduce the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers, and build biologically diverse agriculture."
