RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered—but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

We offer free return shipping if you choose an exchange or store credit. 

Prefer a refund? That’s okay too—return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, or sale items that you bought with an additional discount during a sale are final sale, and we do not accept returns on those items. They are labeled as “final sale” on our site and in your shopping cart.

RETURN OPTIONS

  • Exchange or Store Credit → Free return shipping
  • Refund to Original Payment Method → Return shipping fee deducted from refund

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment and processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are not refundable. 

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@winterwaterfactory.com, and include your order # and the item(s) you'd like to return.

 

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, please email us at contact@winterwaterfactory.com, and include your order # and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. Once we receive your original, unwashed, unworn item, we’ll ship out your replacement right away!

We take great care to ship the correct items in perfect condition to you, but mistakes happen, so if there is any problem with your order, please contact us.
